Software for real-world operationsfield log / 2026

Julio Betoni builds systems, automation and AI for operations that outgrew improvisation.

I usually come in when customer service, CRM, internal workflows or the product itself need more clarity, speed and operational discipline than the current setup can support.

entry signal
When it makes sense to bring me in
signal 01Operations slowed down by manual work, rework and poor visibility across the flow.
signal 02Customer service spread across WhatsApp, calendars, team handoffs and disconnected tools.
signal 03A digital product that works, but still does not make its value clear or build enough trust.
signal 04An AI request that only makes sense if it is tied to real rules, context and process.
Best-fit engagements

Where I usually create the most leverage

Less generic promise, more software built around the real business routine.

Operations, workflow and backoffice

Systems that organize orders, calendars, CRM, billing, queues and operational visibility without turning into decorative software.

Customer service, triage and AI automation

WhatsApp, voice, qualification, routing and useful automation when the bottleneck is response time and human handoff.

Digital product with more clarity

UX, copy, screen structure and narrative that help users understand value faster and use the product with less friction.

Architecture that can evolve

Stack, database, integration and deployment choices designed to grow with real business rules, operational history and unavoidable dependencies.

Delivery method

How the work moves from conversation to a real system

Diagnosis, architecture and implementation need to stay connected from day one.
Step 01

Bottleneck diagnosis

I map where the operation breaks down, which stage consumes the most energy and what type of system will actually unblock the routine.

Step 02

Flow architecture

I turn that into flows, interfaces, integrations and product rules so the result is not a cosmetic patch or disconnected automation.

Step 03

Delivery with hardening

The implementation needs to come out usable, traceable and ready for production, not just polished in a demo.

Positioning

When the conversation goes deeper

I am most useful when the problem does not fit a ready-made template: operational friction, messy customer service, broken scheduling, underused CRM, expanding business rules or a digital product that needs to make its value clearer. From there, I organize the flow, shape the interface, connect the parts and turn the problem into software people can actually use.

Three delivery principles
Less operational friction, clearer flow and clearer accountability.
Interfaces that help people decide, not just look impressive.
AI and automation only where there is real gain in time, consistency and quality.
Final call

If you need to turn a messy operation into a system that is clearer, more efficient and more reliable, that is exactly the kind of problem I like to take on.

I can contribute on both sides of the work: product and UX, as well as backend, integrations, automation and applied AI.
